The technology development has been made possible through various NIH (SBIR and RO1) grants, highly competitive Kentucky SBIR Matching grants from the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Cabinet for Economic Development through KSTC, and private investors. Several million dollars have been raised through government grant funds and personal funds.
